Introduction
Head Office based Retail staff often need to know the price an item is sold at in a competitor’s stores and this is difficult for them to do personally if a competitor covers a region or has regional pricing. Store and field management teams are therefore often used to collect this information locally, but it is often done using informal processes such as email. This new function allows users in a specific location to enter the selling prices of specific items (or near matches) as sold by specific competitors in that city/town/village.
Note: This feature is controlled by the ‘Competitor’ Licence. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information.
