How to Resize the Till Screen

A lot of the calls we receive to our Cybertill Service Desk are in relation to screen size of the Till. These are mostly from users who need the size readjusting due to the page being zoomed in too much or displaying too small.  

The next time you experience this issue, please follow the short steps below: 

Note: please process any current transactions before beginning. 

Using your mouse, 

• left click anywhere on the Till screen that is not directly on a button. The curser will then be recognised on the page. 

There are two ways in which you can increase or decrease the screen size; 

Step 1: 

• Log into the Till. 

Note: this method will not work unless the Till is logged into. On your keyboard, 

• hold down the Ctrl button and press + to increase the screen size. Or;

• hold down the Ctrl button and press – to reduce the screen size. 

Step 2: 

Note: This method will work without being logged into the Till. On your keyboard, 

• hold down the Ctrl button.
• Whilst the Ctrl button is held down, use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out. Scrolling the wheel upwards will increase the zoom and scrolling downwards will reduce it.
• Continue to repeat either Step 1 or 2 until you are happy with the size. 

Ensure that you Reload your Till once it has been resized. 

To do this;

• select Other options

From within the Other options submenu, 

• Select Reload.
