Clocking In via the back office
Clocking out via the back office
Introduction
This guide will explain how you can most effectively use the Cybertill system to manage and report on users’ time management.
This function is optional and will not affect your system if you do not use it.
Logging into the Back Office
Firstly, you need to log into the system. To do so, ▪ Enter your username into the Username* field.
- Enter your password into the Password* field.
- Enter your password into the Password* field.
- Click Login
Note: If you do not have this information please see your system administrator.
Clocking In via the back office
Within RetailStore/ CharityStore, you will see an icon in the top left-hand side of the screen labelled Clocking.
- Click on this button.
You will receive a popup screen
- Enter your Username and Password then press the Clock In button.
The page will now advise that the user has been logged in.
Clocking In via the Till
- Log into Cybertill and press the Till tab at the top of the screen.
This will then take you to the till screen. Once logged into the till,
- press the Other Options button.
- Select Clock in
From here,
- enter in your RetailStore/ CharityStore Username* and Password*.
- Select OK to clock in.
Clocking out via the back office
Within the RetailStore/ CharityStore back office, you will see an icon in the top left-hand side of the screen labelled ‘Clocking’.
- Click on this button.
You will receive a popup screen
- Enter your Username and Password then press the Clock In button.
The page will now advise that the user has been logged in.
Clocking out via the Till
- Log into Cybertill and press the Till tab at the top of the screen.
This will then take you to the till screen. Once logged into the till,
- press the Other Options button.
- Select Clock out.
From here,
- enter in your RetailStore/ CharityStore Username* and Password*.
- Select OK to clock in.
A confirmation alert will appear to advise that you have now been logged out.
Clock In Log Reports
To access the Clock In logs for all users,
- from within the Admin menu, locate to the Clock-In Management section and select Clockin Logs.
These clock-in logs are for viewing logs of users clocking in and out, and for amending erroneous clock in and clock out times.
Once in this screen you can then specify whether you want to look at the Day view, Week view, Month view or a specific Date Range.
A list of Today’s logs will be listed beneath:
If you wish to edit the clock in or clock out time of a user
- select Edit.
The Edit screen will open.
- Make the relevant change along with a reason for that change.
- Select Save log changes.
The Week view should look similar to below:
The Month view should look similar to below:
You also have an option named Settings at the top of the screen
By clicking this you will be re-directed to the Default Settings page. There is only one option in here for the ‘clocking in’ function and this located on the General Settings tab, labelled Auto Clockout Time.
This allows you to enter in a time to clock everybody out if they have not already done so.
If you enter in a time,
- press Save and this will then come into effect.
