CTX Marketplace Scheduler Specification

Field	Description	Example	Blank
trans note	Note or ref of transaction. If the same note is used for different lines then these lines are grouped into a single transaction. If the trans note has been used previously the transaction will be rejected as a duplicate. Max length 255 characters.	MARKETPLACE0 001	Blanks allowed. If blank then no note is entered against the transaction, and the line is not grouped with any others.
item ref	The item ref for the item sold. You can use the Item Ref Export report if you are not sure of an item's ref	ITEM0001	Blanks not allowed.
quantity	The number of items sold, must be an integer.	1	Blanks not allowed.
vat rate	The vat rate to be applied to the item. Zero is allowed.	20	Blanks not allowed.
currency	The currency used for the transaction. Currently only GBP is accepted.	GBP	Blanks allowed. If blank then GBP will be used.
tender type	The tender type for the transaction. Tender type must be set as the same value for all lines in a single transaction. Available tender types:  1 - Cash  2 - Card  3 - Cheque  4 - Voucher  5 - Credit  6 - Voucher (other)  7 - Finance  8 - Loyalty  9 - Trade  10 - Other	2	Blanks allowed. transaction date	The date of the transaction. Must be the same for all lines in a single transaction. Accepted formats: yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss, yyyy-MM-dd.	2021-02-09 09:44:19	Blanks allowed. If blank then current date/time will be used.
location ref	The ref for the location the sale is to be recorded for. If a different locations are used for lines on the same transaction then these will be treated as separate transactions	LOCATION001	Blanks not allowed.
donor id	The id for the customer who donated the item sold.	15007	Blanks allowed. If blank then transaction will not be recorded as a Gift Aid sale.
order line note	A note or ref for an individual line on a transaction. The sale order line note can be used multiple times. Max length 500 characters.	LINE001	Blanks allowed. If blank, no note is recorded against the order line.
