This Quick Reference Guide (QRG) will demonstrate how to enable and access 

 the PDQ Tender Type for those retailers who don’t have a working integrated 

Chip & Pin device. 

Enabling the PDQ Tender Type

For users to be able to use the PDQ option found within the Go To Tender When ready, 

screen on the Till, it first needs to be enabled.  

• Log in to the Back Office as standard. 
• Select the Admin menu. 

•   Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate to Default Settings. 

From the submenu,

• select Till. 

▪ Select the option Enable PDQ tender type

• Log out of Cybertill and log back in for the settings to take effect

Accessing the PDQ Tender Type on the Till

To access the PDQ Tender Type, 

• Add items to the basket. 

When ready, 

• select Go to Tender. 

You will now find the PDQ payment method.

• Process the transaction in the standard way using this button to record the transaction as being a card transaction.
