Introduction
This Quick Reference Guide (QRG) covers the new Access Request functionality, which allows for customer data to be exported in a single .zip file.
New Permission
As part of the new functionality a new permission has been added to the system. This can be found against individual Users or User Groups and needs to be set to ‘Show’ for the new ‘Access Request’ option to be visible.
Note: this permission will be set to ‘Hide’ against all User Groups by default.
Access Request Option
The new ‘Access Request’ option can be found in Admin > Customer Search > Edit Customer.
When selected a .zip file will be downloaded by the browser.
The .zip file contains the following:
- images – contains any images uploaded against the customer (e.g. Gift Aid declarations)
- customerAddressAuditHistory – contains all entries as found under ‘Address Change History’ on the Edit Customer page
- customerAuditHistory – cotains all entries as found under ‘Customer Change History’ on the Edit Customer page

customerData – contains:
o All fields found on the Edit Customer page
o Addresses
o Alternate addresses
o User Definable Fields saved against the customer
o Notes saved against the customer
o Loyalty card number
- customerDonatedSalesHistory – contains details of any Gift Aid sales associated to the customer account
- customerSalesHistory – contains details of any sales associated to the customer account. Includes delivery addresses if applicable.
